Took Lexi mountain biking this afternoon ! Well, she rode round the yellow route while I tried to keep up on foot! Met Beaver, Sam, Jessica and Ben at the visitors centre at Callow Hill and had a great time drinking hot chocolate while the kiddies just generally messed about!
Have arranged with Beaver to meet at 7:00am next Sunday to start an "over 40's" mountain bike blast. Just like the good old days! Except instead of going back to the Lion for an afternoon on the piss well be getting back to domestic bliss!! Any of you old farts that used to enjoy injuring yourselves in the forest are most welcome, unless you're still fit that is, only out of condition, wheezy old men in this club!
